"Where will the tournament be?"

Dallas, TX. More location details to follow.

Exact address will be given to you in a calendar event when you reserve your seat at the next tournament!

"I'm from out of town. Where can I stay?"

Ask us about sleeping accommodations for out-of-town contestants. contact@support.mcsmash.tv

"What should I bring?"

Bring your own controller to participate in the tournament.

Let us know if you won't be able to bring a controller. In some cases, we may be able to lend one out with limited availability.

Refunds

In general, we do not offer refunds.

We want to make sure you love your time in the McSMASH tournaments. For any quality issues, be sure to provide a clear retelling of the cicurmstance in an email to us at contact@support.mcsmash.tv. This will help us provide a speedy resolution.
